Returns

At AMALINI by SMRITI, we take great care in ensuring that every jewellery piece is thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before it is shipped.

As a result, all purchases are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description, dimensions, materials, and images before placing your order. If you have any questions about a product, our customer support team will be happy to assist you before you make your purchase.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging
  • An unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Once your claim is verified, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Refunds

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
